The importance of being grateful cannot be understated; not just being grateful for what you have but also for your friends and for what they have. Gratitude equally translates to positive vibes, which are essential for a wonderful day.
8. Look forward and not back
The past can’t be changed guys; be forward looking and focus on what you can change. It is much more effective than looking back in regret.
9. Remind yourself of your goals
Always have your eyes on the end result; stay focused on your goal, and on how to achieve them. Don’t lose track of what you have planned to achieve, as in the long term it only leads to regret.
10. Don’t start working too early
Take time to get your mind right; check your emails, respond to them, read a newspaper, talk to people… but don’t start working immediately you wake up. Get yourself ready.
