Gor Mahia’s immensely successful coach, Frank Nuttall, has left Kogalo in order to join Egyptian giants Zamalek as the assistant coach. He will be the deputy to former Aston Villa and Birmingham manager Alex McLeish.
Nuttall succeeded former Stars coach Bobby Williamson at Gor and then led the club to two league titles, one of which included a legendary unbeaten run that was ended on Sunday by AFC Leopards.
For everything you have done for Kenyan football, we salute you Frank. Thank you, and all the best in your latest endeavor.
