Two of the biggest and most prolific acts in the music industry at the moment could be set to perform in the country this year.

According to Tuko,American artist Chris Brown and Nigerian star Wizkid are the two super stars that Mombasa Governor Hassan Joho plans to bring to Mombasa for a concert.

The move is in a bid to ship in more investors to Mombasa while placing it as Kenya’s entertainment hub.

The news comes just three months after a poster made rounds on social media stating that the Grass Ain’t Greener singer would perform in Mombasa on August 2016.

However,a quick look at the Pop/RnB artist’s busy diary seems to put to rest the alleged rumors as his Europe tour kicks off in August.

Well,it remains to be seen whether the  flamboyant governor will indeed bring the artists to the country let alone trying to figure out how much a ticket will go for.
