Grace was one of the brightest student in my class and we could not believe she had to retake her exams. She did not hit the pass mark and the dean could not let her go on without a re-take. She was mad and furry but numbers don’t lie. She did not sit for two papers and that brought her mean grade down. As she was preparing the re-take she asked for my help to revise. This was an opportunity for me to ask what happened. She was open to me and I could see pain in her eyes as she narrated how she always have painful menses every month, so bad it is that she can’t even walk for two or at times for three days.

For many women their bleeding time each month can be a painful experience. For thousands of years women have come up for a variety of reasons why this is happening to them, and the pain can vary from woman to woman. For some women the pain is debilitating. I won’t go into explanations as to what this means, am a dude so I would be lying if I got into the feeling. Neither do I have the nitty, gritties…

After her explanations, I thought to myself, why not do a small research on how I can help the sisters have not so painful menses… so as usual, I get gown with my note book and my laptop, Google and my phone. From what I got, this are the simple remedies to Painless menstruation:
