The face is the most visible part of our body. Hence, its is should be taken care of to avoid breakage. You might feel like it is difficult to stick to a routine because you are in school. However, here is a simple way of taking care of your face.

Cleaning your face

You should get into the habit of always cleaning your face. The dirt accumulated in your skin is what causes pimples and break outs. Also use a clean towel to wipe your face. There are facial soaps but you can also opt to just use your kipande soap. It still works the same magic.

If you have dry skin, you especially need to make sure that your face is getting the moisture it needs. Use a gentle moisturizer to keep your skin feeling soft and glowing. Avoid moisturizers that have a lot of chemicals in it. This will cause your face to age quickly. You can use a simple petroleum jelly on your face.

Avoid touching your face

Many people have bad habits of messing with acne or leaning their face on their hands. Your hands have oils on them that will clog pores, increasing blemishes. No matter how tempting it might be, don’t pop pimples or interfere with anything facial- though it may seem like it will make it better, it actually makes it much worse and instead of dealing with a two day pimple you now have a two week long project. A tip here is changing your pillowcase often- the oils linger on the fabric, getting on your face during the night.

Make sure to drink lots of water.

Your body needs plenty of hydration during the day to keep removing wastes and oils from your face. You should probably drink eight glasses of water a day

Watch what you eat

Keep a note of what you put on your plate. Eat fresh fruits, greens, sufficient protein and vitamins. A diet rich in vitamin C and low in fats and sugar promotes radiant skin. Consider a low-sugar diet, which can keep insulin levels down, allowing cells to maintain a healthy balance.

Sweat It Out!

Exercise regularly. Running, jogging and other exercises will give your body the necessary blood circulation, and also accelerate the cleansing process of your entire body. You will notice a glow on your face after working out.
