Former England footballer and FA Cup ambassador is currently in the country. He is in Nairobi to promote the beautiful trophy which is on its African tour.

He has also given his comment on the current state of Kenyan Football.

Former England international David James argues that the Kenyan football league “is not producing enough” quality players.

James however did point out on the quality of Harambee Stars captain Victor Wanyama and another English Premier League player of Kenyan origin, Liverpool star Divock Origi.

A player like Wanyama is top quality. He has all the attributes required in the English league.Then there is Origi with roots here in Kenya. He is a young, promising lad who will go places because he is under the management of some of the best coaches.
