We’re all youthful now, but it doesn’t take a genius to know that 10 years from now, most of us will be in our 30’s. With the 30’s come sagging tummies, stretched thighs and everything else that gravity can attract southwards. To avoid having that ‘Terrible Thirties’ body, you must invest a lot of time today. So, we here at The Insyder decided to throw some tips your way on how to keep looking vibrant and youthful…

1. Having healthy relationships

How you relate with others is very important. If we improve our relationships with other people, we will improve the overall quality of our lives and therefore our mental health will be in check. No stress.


2. Keeping fit

Everybody wants that Kim Kardashian or Chris Hemsworth physical look, but it can’t be attained if you’re a couch potato. These people dedicate time to exercise their bodies to look this impressive. I’m not saying you should exercise from morning till evening; we are not trying to pull off an Arnold Schwarzenegger look. Just simple exercise that is manageable and easy to keep up.


3. Eating healthy                        

As much as junk food may look appealing, it is essential that we balance it off with healthy foods. We are growing, after all. One important result of eating healthily is maintaining a youthful look.


4. Avoid alcohol and smoking

young4Who is in any position to tell you what to do with your life? Nobody. But you have to be responsible with your body, and that includes curbing alcohol intake and cigarette smoking. It is not cool to look 20 years older than you actually are while at a ripe age. Take care of yourself.
