The Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education examinations started today. There is no doubt that most candidates are anxious and probably excited too.
However most could not have seen the fate that was to befall one student in Nakuru County.
Today morning a student from Jomo Kenyatta Boys High School, passed on shortly after the examination begun.
This year’s national exam has over 577,000 candidates sitting for them.
School Principal John Mureithi said the student fell ill Monday morning and was taken to Bahati Sub-County Hospital
The young lad had a history of high blood pressure complications.
