Whenever anyone hears about makangas or touts, it is always something negative or nasty. Rarely do you come across a good story about a tout. It is either they steal from their customers, harass passengers or being rude to drivers of other vehicles.
However there is one shinning star among all the gloom. Photos have surfaced of one particular tout helping an elderly woman cross a street. He has received a lot of positive comments from Kenyan netizens.
What stood out even more is that he not only help the lady cross but he carried her bag for her. How sweet is that?!
