Speaking to The Star the Meru governor Peter Munya said an internal audit to ascertain claims that the general hospital procured Sh7.8 million curtains is almost complete.
Munya said the county’s Health services executive will issue a statement on the matter later on Tuesday.

The remarks follow criticism by Kenyans on Twitter, who accused the county of mismanaging funds.
