Moi Girls Eldoret was today morning a scene of absolute chaos after students went on protest demanding the removal of the principal. Learning was disrupted as the students refused to report to their respective classes and blocked the school entrance. The students aired out their vicious demand for the removal of the principal, Christine Chumba over allegations of harassment. The chaotic morning even caught the attention of surrounding residents who gathered around the school entrance to witness the chaos that was unravelling inside the school.

The protests that paralyzed learning at Moi Girls Eldoret the whole morning were allegedly brought up by the Principal’s harassment of both the students and the subordinate staff. In a long list of claims, sources could confirm that the students were infuriated especially with the change of diet. The students were not a happy lot after the principal introduced the daily cabbage and ugali meal. The principal has also abolished entertainment and sports activities within the school. Some of the staff who have also served in the school for a very long time accused the principal of cutting down some very iconic trees within the school. The subordinate staff also accused the principal of aimlessly firing some of the watchmen with no good reason.
