Permission to break your heart a little with this insightful list of jade?
1. Blake Lively and Leighton Meester: Gossip Girl
Blair and Serena
Isn’t it a little sad that Serena and Blair can’t stand each other? After all that invested in reading all those GG books avidly, and never missing an episode, now this? It almost feels like my entire life has been a lie. Off screen, the two reportedly haven’t spoken since the show ended.
2. Kim Cattrall and Sarah Jessica Parker; Sex and the City
The list of jade continues with these two. Apparently, inasmuch as their onscreen characters had each other’s backs, no matter what, the reality on the set is that these two hardly ever saw eye to eye. Rumors on glamour.com imply that ‘some of the other ladies, particularly Cattrall, got upset when they had to spend longer hours on set than SJP did.’
3. Alyssa Milano and Shannon Doherty: Charmed
Blood is thicker than water, but sometimes, it clots. The Wiccan sisters of “Charmed” are not as tight off screen once their magic powers are off screen.
4. Gillian Anderson and David Duchovny: The X- files
Duchovny has admitted of his “X-Files” co-star, “Familiarity breeds contempt…we used to argue about nothing. We couldn’t stand the sight of each other.” The two reportedly get along now.
5. Chad Michael Murray and Sophia Bush: One Tree Hill
‘In a complicated relationship’ found its meaning at the meeting of these two. From playing on-screen lovers, to being real life partners (read married and divorced after Chad aka Lucas Scott cheated with… Paris Hilton), these two gave us one whirlwind romance that we won’t be forgetting in a hurry. Their characters, meanwhile, dated and broke up but remained good friends on the show. Bizarre
6. Lea Michele and Naya Rivera: Glee
Rumor has it Michele had Rivera written off the show, but it was all because Rivera called Michele out on her diva behavior. Apparently Michele had the habit of walking off set and making everyone wait for her.
7. Scott Patterson and Lauren Graham: Gilmore Girls
Coffee buddies and besties (turned lovers) Luke and Lorelai couldn’t stand each other off screen. Lauren (Lorelai) has been quoted as saying that she didn’t even mind that they weren’t friends anymore.
