A visibly upset Raila Odinga was earlier today denied entry to the DCI headquarters in Kiambu Road in an incident that is bound to have far reaching repercussions in Kenya’s political landscape.

Raila had earlier this afternoon gone to the DCI Headquarters in a bid to meet the embattle former Interior Cabinet Secretary, Fred Matiang’i. As he tried to gain access into the HQ, a DCI officer denied him access. Raila then retorted that the DCI Headquarters are public offices and he had a right to gain access.

When the DCI officer stood his ground, a now angry Raila responded, ”If they want problems they’ll get problems.”

What Kenyans on the ground are now concerned about is if Raila Odinga will actually act upon his promise of delivering “problems” and more so how President William Ruto will respond to these “problems.” A battle royale looms in the very near future.
