Ross has had his stint in jail but his legal troubles are just starting. The judge yesterday ruled in his favor and granted him bail but he had to cough up $2 million. He scrounged up the cash from various sources:$1 million equity from the ex-Holyfield mansion he owns, and another GA property, $500,000 surety bond (from a bail bondsman) and $500k in cold hard cash. Additionally he has to wear a GPS ankle monitor and will have to give up Holyfield property if he intimidates or threatens any of the witnesses.
The kidnapping and assault charges he faces are grim and it does help either that the complainant, his groundsman, is reportedly on a liquid diet and has chipped teeth. Ross was reportedly angry with the groundskeeper for inviting people over for his birthday when he was not around.
Rozay will now have to tread very carefully if he does not want things going south.
