The former Sailors Gang member Lexxy Yung, took to his Instagram page to confess and apologize to some of the people he has wronged in the past just days after announcing that he would be switching to gospel music. The Gengetone star stirred the internet last week after announcing that he would be quitting the group he helped start. In what many termed as the beginning of the end for the group, it clearly seems that the artiste is not taking a step back. He has even managed to woe his former Sailors Gang colleagues to do a gospel song together with him and Mr Seed. It might seem that this would be him announcing his entry into the gospel scene officially.
Lexxy Yung posted a four minute video apologizing to some key figures in the industry that he has wronged in the past. Amongst them included KRG the Don and Mwalimu Rachel. The group was involved in a public split with their long-time manager Mwalimu Rachel months ago, in what seemed to be the beginning of their woes. He also apologized to KRG the Don whom they had an industry beef with after a music feature request went south.
The now gospel artiste also apologized to his mother for the troubles that he had put her through despite her struggles to put him into school. Lexxy Yung revealed that he spent a few months in jail after clearing high school because he was involved in burning down a school dormitory. The school in question was Kirangari High School.
The artiste expressed his remorse towards some of his past mistakes. He also acknowledged that as a young artiste, he is learning a lot and is prone to mistakes.
We wish him all the best in his new journey of salvation.
