The in form Kenyan football team Harambee stars have enjoyed a back to back win at home in their quest to qualify for the Africa Cup of Nations in 2019. Sebastien Migne, the new Harambee Stars coach has thrown a ray of hope to the Kenyan team that has been struggling to get back to the continental competition.
The chances of qualification however still remain open for all the members of group F in the qualifications draw. After Ethiopia beat Sierra Leone, all the members if of group F now have 3 points each. Its only the goal difference that is now separating the two sides. This means that Kenya must continue with their in form performance to increase their odds of qualification.
The two wins against Ethiopia and Malawi have really boosted the sides confidence in their campaign to get back to the continental competition. Kenya are also hopeful that the likes of Victor Wanyama will show up for the next match against Ethiopia. The last time Kenya participated in the Afcon was in 2004 and were eliminated in the group stage.
